Other (similar) clamp designs state they are only to be used for materials with a surface hardness below HRC 30 (HB 300, Brinel 1300). For sheet metal, it indicates that would allow use for mild steel but not stainless steel, and it also states it is not for use with aluminum. Is this device usable with SS or aluminum as well as mild steel plate? View answer

To drive a Duckbill Anchor to the full depth of its cable, would you not need a drive rod at least a little bit longer than the cable? Which is to say, how for an 88-DB1 Anchor, which is shown as having a 3.5' cable, can one properly drive it with a DS-68 Rod, which is listed at 36" long (and is described as being used with the 88 Anchor)?
