Hello, my company just bought two of these on Monday of this week. It's Friday now and one of the bolts is already wearing down. Is this something that is common with these? And also is it something that your company plans on looking into to see if there are any substitutions that could work better. Thank you so much for your time and have a wonderful day! View answer

If this is mounted to a house outside wall that is concrete block, is it better to go into the block itself or the mortar in between the block? Most homes in South Florida are made with block and of course the block has hollow spots. View answer

Very much interested in this item and its length of 2ft. Perfect for my metal bar patio swing out door. However, I have many of my own locks to choose from. Would it be possible to buy this item WITHOUT the padlock you are offering? View answer

The Pewag 3/8" security chain test videos are impressive. To take Scott's question further... If the Laclede 3/8" Lockdown Security Chain was under the same attacks, under the same environment as your Pewag 3/8" security chain test videos, am to expect similar results; meaning (1) the Pewag was NOT cut and (2) it takes about 1 minute to grind through one side of a Pewag link. Laclede indicates a case hardness slightly higher than Pewag... are they comparable inside, beyond the case hardness? Do you plan on posting similar test videos for the Laclede "Lockdown" Security Chain? View answer
