The Meadow Burke RL-35 Ring Clutch does not have a specified service life in years. It is reusable lifting hardware, so its service life depends on frequency of use, loading, operating conditions, maintenance, and the results of regular inspections. Meadow Burke requires lifting hardware to be inspected for wear, damage, deformation, corrosion, or other conditions that could affect safe use. As long as the clutch remains within the manufacturer's inspection criteria, it may remain in service; it should be removed from service when it no longer meets those requirements.
