Yes. The Yale Cordage 1/2" Buzzz Line is specifically designed as an arborist climbing rope and can be used for ascending and descending during tree climbing. As with any climbing application, it should be used with compatible, properly rated arborist climbing equipment and appropriate climbing techniques.
