- What type of steel is used?
- The rack uses several steel specifications depending on the component: structural channels and beam columns are A992 Gr. 50, pin support tubes are ASTM A500 Gr. B, endcaps are ASTM A36, and hanger pins are AISI 1018 round bar.
- What are the heights of the hanger rows?
- The rack has five rows of hangers measured from the base: Row 1 (bottom) at 13", Row 2 at 24", Row 3 at 35", Row 4 at 46", and Row 5 (top) at 57". Rows are spaced 11" apart.
- Are there forklift slots?
- No. The base is a single structural channel running the full 60" width with no dedicated forklift pockets or slots.
- What is the depth of each hanger?
- Each hanger pin extends 10" horizontally from the face of the rack. The pins are angled upward at 80° to prevent rigging from sliding off.
