There is a spring, yes, but we do not carry it as a repair part. It may be available directly from Fiskars, perhaps under mfg. warranty.
Does this use a spring or something else to open shears when you unlock them and are those replaceable if they break? Fiskars Classic Hand Pruner - 5/8" Max Cut
