If the elevation of the walking working surface is 7ft, then yes, the operator can use the Palmer Safety, Class 2, 6ft Edge Twin-Leg Web SRL w/ Rebar Hooks so long as the anchor point is located overhead, above their back dorsal d-ring. The SRL will have a maximum arrest distance of 42” in addition the worker will have approximately 12” of harness stretch providing a maximum fall distance of 54”.
Example:
Elevation of Surface: 84”
Maximum Arrest Distance: 42” +12” = 54”
Safety Factor: 30”
