The winch is sold separately. Reid does offer a winch for goods, but not for personnel, so it depends on your needs. Check out the PlusWinch if you're looking to lift goods instead of people. If you need to lift people, they offer brackets that provide compatibility with DBI Sala, Checkmate/Guardian and MSA.
