How does epoxy rebar hold up when using this lanyard?

Considering the powder coating process is a 3 part paint system; media blast, primer and multiple mils of paint thickness, the paint should hold up even though it’s a hard connection with steel rebar hooks. The paint should not chip but over time you may see some scratches due to the nature of the application. This will be dependent upon the mil thickness however and the paint adhesion I would imagine.
