First and foremost, be sure that you have the proper training to use a product like this in any sort of climbing or rescue application.
To answer your question, this swivel is diamond shaped to use with up to three carabiners as long as the Working Load Limit (WLL) is not exceeded. The WLL = 1,792 lbs.
