Will this lock accept two links of 12mm Pewag square chain and can I have it keyed to match my Abus 37/80 model?

This lock will work with the 12mm Pewag chain, yes. You may be able to have both locks keyed alike by shipping them directly to Abus, or perhaps by taking them to a local locksmith, but it's not a service that we can provide.
