This hook does meet OSHA standards. In particular, this hook satisfies ASME B30.10, a standard that OSHA references with frequency. Please note the manufacturer's use guidelines for this style of hook. For example, the load rating changes dramatically depending on whether you load the bottom of the hook vs. the tip of the hook.
