What is the proper slider for 5/8" choker cable?

Unfortunately 5/8" (Dwarf) sliders are a thing of the past, no longer being made. We only have Midget sliders for 1/2" - 9/16". To clarify, if you're usning a 5/8" main line (aka drum line) with 1/2" or 9/16" chokers, then you want Midget sliders. But if you're using a larger main line and 5/8" chokers, we do not have sliders to fit.
