The manufacturer rates this product with a Breaking Strength only, not a Working Load Limit. The user is responsible for determining the proper Working Load Limit based on an appropriate safety factor, which could be 5:1, 10:1 etc. In most climbing applications, a 10:1 safety factory or better is required (10:1 = 10% of the Breaking Strength, or in this case, 1100 lbs).
