Yep, that's the right one!
My hook is large and has CARTEC 3/4 embossed on it. Is the cartec 3/4" CBX latch kit (# CKSX20) the correct kit to replace the safety latch on this hook? See attached pics each side of hook. Cartec 3/4" CBX Latch Kit
